PA Notarial fees are fixed rates determined by the PA department of State. However, there may be additional costs associated with administrative services. These fees cover services such as travel, copies, record keeping, etc. These fees are appropriate and should be provided to you in advance of services rendered.
verification of documentation includes a notary statement, certifying the type of notary act performed
written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation
voluntary, sworn written statement
official documentation of proof
promises of truthfulness made by signer, witness, etc
sworn statement made by a witness for use in legal proceedings
confirming the authenticity of a person or documentation
certifying a promissory note has been dishonored
Notarial services rendered through a secure online portal, in person, using audio-visual technology or in person requiring an electronic signature

We will charge a clerical or administrative fee for services provided related to the notarial act, such as copying documents, postage, travel and telephone calls. These clerical or administrative fees are not set by the Department of State. Such clerical or administrative fees will be customary and reasonable for the geographic area, and for the service rendered. All customers will be notified of fees up front.
Base rate of $10 plus any additional fees incurred for courier services
Base rate of $50 plus the cost of Notarial services and any additional administrative fees. Price can vary based on travel location.
Base rate of $100 plus plus the cost of Notarial services and any additional administrative fees
The cost of any Notarial service plus an additional $10 Holiday fee
